Summary
Akoya Seishu, widely recognized by the moniker "The Executioner," serves as a police inspector and the captain of the 44th Riot Squad. Operating as a secret vigilante, he ruthlessly enforces his own unique brand of justice. In the corporate arena, he acts as the affiliated fighter for Wakasa Life Insurance, representing the company during the Kengan Annihilation Tournament. He was selected as one of the thirteen elite combatants for the Kengan side in the clash against Purgatory. His bout against Nicolas Le Banner concluded in a tie, as Rolón Donaire intervened to stop the match. Following the conclusion of the tournament, Akoya grappled with feelings of inadequacy, believing himself insufficiently powerful to uphold true justice. Later, he joined forces with Kiryu Setsuna and Gaoh Ryuki to eradicate the threat known as Worms.
