Summary
Hifumi is a host affiliated with the Matenro division in Shinjuku. Despite his honest personality and flirty tone of voice, which lead others to easily misunderstand him as a playboy, he is actually an extreme gynophobe who took up the profession to conquer his fear of women. When he dons his suit, he transforms into a convincing womanizer. He has been a friend of Doppo since elementary school, having feared loneliness since childhood. Although he attempts to expand his social circle through extensive networking, his efforts often fail. Hifumi is skilled with his hands, enjoying hobbies such as sewing and building ships-in-a-bottle indoors, as well as camping and fishing outdoors. He frequently repairs Doppo’s suits whenever they are ruined.
