Summary
Motoyasu Kitamura is a twenty-one-year-old who serves as the Spear Hero, one of the Four Holy Heroes summoned to Melromarc. He also holds the distinction of being the main protagonist of the spin-off series, The Reprise of the Spear Hero. Among the Legendary Heroes, Motoyasu is likely the most friendly and is noted for his loyalty to his allies. Despite these positive traits, he is incredibly naive and gullible, particularly when it comes to women. He is generally a nice person but can be easily deceived, often believing any claim made by a woman without requiring evidence. This flaw was starkly evident when Malty framed Naofumi for rape; despite Malty having stolen Naofumi’s money and clothes and given them to Motoyasu, he fully believed her accusations and openly turned hostile toward Naofumi in her defense.
