Summary
Bulat is a tall man in his mid-twenties who originally served as a high-ranking officer in the Imperial Military before defecting to join the revolutionary group Night Raid. His decision to turn against the Empire was sparked by the wrongful framing of his superior, which exposed the government’s corruption and its preference for bribes over merit, leading Bulat to become deeply disgusted with the system. He wields the Teigu Incursio, a short sword capable of summoning a full-body Demon Armor that significantly boosts his physical strength and grants him the ability to camouflage himself within his surroundings.
