Albatross, Elmer C.
Summary
Elmer C., known as Albatross, is one of the Advena Avis immortals who was born into a religious cult where his entire existence was dedicated to serving as a target for abuse. He eventually relocated to Lotto Valentino and attended the same alchemy school as Huey and Monica. Driven by a desire to ensure everyone in the world is happy and smiling, Elmer is indifferent to the methods he employs to achieve this goal, leading Huey to describe him as possessing "pure evil to an absurd degree." Despite this characterization, Huey regards Elmer as his only true friend and the sole individual he does not view as a test subject. When Maiza and Czes began searching for the remaining Advena Avis immortals, they discovered him in a secluded European village. He later joined them aboard the Exit after receiving an invitation purportedly sent by Huey.
