Summary

Clemont serves as the Gym Leader of Lumiose City. He encounters Ash and his sister Bonnie when the gym’s machinery malfunctions, creating a life-threatening situation. Clemont is deeply protective and caring toward Bonnie. A prolific inventor, he created the Aipom Arm attached to his back. After the Prism Tower gym sustains damage, he joins Ash’s journey, though Ash remains unaware of Clemont’s true ambitions until they return to Lumiose City. He has left his gym in the care of a robot he built, promising to battle Ash personally once Ash has collected four badges. His current team includes Diggersby, Dedenne, Chespin, and Luxray.
