Strong the Budo is a Perfect Chojin hailing from the Celestial Realm. He stands at an imposing 290cm and weighs 320kg, boasting a Choujin Kyoudo of 99,900,000 Power. As the ruler of the Choujin Graveyard, he tasked Omegaman Dexia with capturing any Chojin who manage to escape his domain. In battle, he utilizes signature moves such as Zero no Higek, Budo Gansai Claw, One-hand Brainbuster, Kanbu Kabuto Kudaki, Senpei Senmetsu Otoshi, Muketsu Ganji Garame, and Meifu Toukai Shu.
