Summary
Felli Loss is a second-year Military Arts student at the Academy City of Zuellni and serves as the Psychokinesist for the 17th platoon. She is the younger sister of Calian Loss, the Student Council President. Due to her exceptional telepathic capabilities, Calian coerced her into joining the Military Arts division against her wishes, a situation that has led Felli to resent her brother. Consequently, she is reluctant to engage in combat and rarely exerts herself during battles. Felli develops a fondness for Layfon because they share similar circumstances; both possess abnormally powerful abilities and were forced into the Military Arts against their will. Although she generally maintains a calm demeanor, she is prone to physically punishing her brother or Layfon with shin kicks if they anger or embarrass her. She refers to Layfon by the nickname "Fonfon" and insists that he address her simply as Felli, without using any honorifics. Her powers involve manipulating the petal-like segments of her Dite, which she utilizes for searching, communication, and offensive purposes when necessary. Like most Psychokinesists, Felli is overwhelmed by the massive influx of information constantly flooding her mind, which results in her inability to display facial expressions except on rare occasions.
