The story of Koukaku no Regios takes place in Zuellni, a Regios that also serves as a self-sufficient school. New student Layfon Alseif enrolls at Zuellni and is reluctantly assigned to the 17th Martial Arts Studies Unit, led by third-year student Nina Antalk. From that point, he sets off on a series of exciting adventures.
