Tetta Kisaki serves as the cunning and merciless main antagonist of the series. Born on January 20, 1992, he stands 164 centimeters tall and weighs 58 kilograms. Although he is physically weak, he acts as the mastermind behind various gang intrigues, leveraging an extremely high IQ to manipulate others into serving his interests without them realizing it. He typically pretends to help gang bosses unselfishly before climbing to the top himself while keeping his hands clean. The people he exploits often realize too late that they have fallen into a deep hole once Kisaki discards them. For instance, he openly admits to Hanma that he will eliminate him once he is no longer useful as a tool. Hanma continues to cooperate with him because he seeks only amusement rather than advancement, viewing life at Kisaki's side as nothing more than a circus.
