Summary

Hayate Yagami is a sweet, wheelchair-bound orphan whose life is intertwined with the Wolkenritter, though they shield her from the harsh realities of their battles. She possesses the Buch der Nachthimmel, Schwertkreuz, and Reinforce II. While she understands that completing the Book of Darkness would grant her immense power, she refuses to accept such strength if it costs innocent lives. Tragically, the Tome is consuming her life force, leading to her paralysis and a fatal prognosis unless the book is completed. Her relationship with Suzuka deepens into a close friendship after Suzuka assists her in the library, a bond that could complicate matters if their respective allies discover that the two have been fighting each other.
