Summary
Naru is characterized as one of the more childish members of her group. A teammate notes that she has never been seen praising anyone, highlighting her unique interpersonal dynamics. As a member of Scavenger, she carries out her duties of killing and destruction without remorse or guilt, readily eliminating any obstacles in her path. Furthermore, she harbors a deep hatred for teachers, believing them to be the source of evil in the city. She appears unconcerned with modesty, evidenced by her "paper powered armor," which exposes much of her torso with only small pieces of paper covering her private parts. While she has no reluctance about baring her skin in front of others, she is not an exhibitionist. Additionally, she apparently enjoys visiting art museums, particularly favoring three-dimensional exhibits. Naru's Psychokinesis allows her to freely manipulate paper into various forms and shapes. The properties of the paper she uses can change to possess the flexibility of cloth and the strength of hardened alloy. Although ranked as a Level 3, her combat ability combined with her powers makes her skills comparable to a Level 4. She can utilize her powers to create items such as bombs, cushions, clothes, armor, shields, spears, darts, and hammers. She can even construct an excavator, which she names Excavator Version, though creating such a complex object requires significant focus and reduces her speed.
