Summary
Furuoki Outogawa was the inaugural captain of the 10th Division, serving over 1,000 years ago as one of the founding leaders of the Gotei 13. He possessed immense spiritual energy, a power he demonstrated by effortlessly overcoming and slaying numerous Quincy warriors during the first invasion of Soul Society. Yhwach described Furuoki as infamous for being a brutal and cold-blooded killer, a reputation earned through his massacre of the Quincy from the Lichtreich upon their initial incursion into Soul Society. His Zanpakuto appears in its sealed form as a katana featuring a teal handle and a rectangular golden tsuba designed to resemble many straight lines pressed and sealed together. Neither his Shikai nor his Bankai have been revealed. No seiyuu has been assigned to this character yet.
