Kazutora Hanemiya is one of the founders of the Tokyo Manji Gang. Standing at 174cm with a lean frame, he has messy black and yellow wolf-cut hair, sand brown eyes, and a beauty mark under his eye. A tiger is tattooed on his neck, and his large, unblinking gaze gives him a psychotic appearance. Born on September 16, 1990, he was 15 in the past and is 27 in the present. Despite presenting himself as tranquil and polite to Takemichi's group, Kazutora is actually fairly unstable, sadistic, and incredibly violent. He once introduced them to his most trusted men, only to break their legs and force them to use crutches while smiling as if the act were normal.
