Summary
Teru Miyanaga is a third-year student at Shiraitodai High School and the older sister of Saki. When their parents separated, Teru moved in with her mother and eventually rose to prominence as a formidable mahjong player, with rumors circulating about her fearsome abilities. In her youth, she played alongside Saki and the rest of the family, but she currently denies Saki’s existence. While Saki aspires to reach the nationals to finally reunite with her sister, the reason for Teru’s anger toward Saki remains a mystery. Teru and Shiraitodai are aiming to defend their titles, having won both the individual and national team tournaments in the previous two years.
