Summary
Azul Ashengrotto serves as the head of the Octavinelle Dormitory and is a second-year student. He oversees the Mostro Lounge, a café situated within the Octavinelle dormitory building. Although he presents himself as helpful, the wishes he fulfills typically demand a steep price. While his family operates a renowned restaurant in the Sea of Corals, he harbors a strong dislike for it. He is skilled at playing the piano and previously performed in a middle school band alongside Jade, who played the contrabass, and Floyd, who handled the drums. His unique magic is known as "It's A Deal." By having someone sign a contract, he can confiscate one of their abilities, whether magical or physical, such as a beautiful singing voice or the capacity to swim at high speeds. If the target fails to meet the conditions of the agreement, they are forced to work under Azul indefinitely.
