Summary
Nuada-Re Sophia-Ri, known as Sola-Ui, was born on August 29 and stands 165 cm tall, weighing 52 kg with type O blood. She is the daughter of the head of the spiritual evocation division within the Clock Tower of the Magus Association. Her engagement to Kayneth Archibald El-Melloi resulted from a strategic marriage arranged by her family to salvage their reputation. Since her older brother, to whom the Sophia-Ri family had entrusted its magic crest, had achieved little success as a mage, her relatives sought to marry her to the celebrated Lord El-Melloi. Introduced in Volume 2 of Fate/Zero, Sola-Ui is portrayed as Kayneth’s fiancée with whom he apparently does not get along. While Kayneth serves as Lancer's Master, Sola-Ui is revealed to be the one supplying the Servant with magical energy. She openly criticizes Kayneth’s tactics and calls him a coward for avoiding face-to-face confrontations with the other Masters. However, she is quickly chastised by Lancer, who resents her reprimanding of his Master, causing her to back down immediately. Kayneth interprets her apparent submission to Lancer as evidence of her developing affections for the Servant.
