Summary
Tetsuki Takaoka has been Chika's classmate since their middle school days. Aware of his friend's difficult circumstances, he feels deep concern for her. Although he appears to be a quiet individual, he reveals a different side of his personality when engaged in combat. He hails from a wealthy family, and his father serves as the director of a large hospital.
