Summary
Looker first appeared in Frozen on Their Tracks when Ash and his companions encountered him aboard a train bound for Lake Acuity. After purchasing an excess of lunch boxes, he enlisted their help in distributing them before proceeding to investigate the signal that had halted the train, eventually tracing the disturbance to Team Galactic. He later resurfaced in Gateway to Ruin! to monitor Team Galactic’s operations in Mt. Coronet, successfully infiltrating the group by disguising himself as a grunt. In Unlocking the Red Chain of Events!, Looker was captured by the syndicate and imprisoned at the Fuego Ironworks, though he ultimately managed to arrest Team Galactic members in episode DP152. Throughout his campaign against the organization, he formed a tenuous alliance with Team Rocket. Jessie, James, and Meowth refer to him as Boxed-Lunch Guy (Japanese: Mr. Lunchbox) due to the kindness he showed them on the Ampharos Train, an act that secured their unwavering loyalty to him.
