Summary
Shion Madarame served as the former leader of the Ninth Generation of Black Dragon and belonged to the S-62 Generation. Following his release from juvenile detention, he joined Rokuhara Tandai, rising to the position of Number 5 before the group disbanded. He later ascended to become one of the Four Heavenly Kings of Tenjiku.
