Summary
Yūri Kei serves as the Assistant Secretary of the Department of Finance, having worked under Kijin Ko for an extended period. He is privy to Kijin's true name and remains among the rare few who have seen his actual appearance. As a contemporary of Reishin and Yuushun, Yūri initially failed the official examination in the same year that Kijin sat for it. However, he eventually became accustomed to Kijin's visage and succeeded in passing the exam the following year.
