Summary
In the anime, Noland made appearances in the episodes titled Numero Uno Articuno and The Symbol Life. He has a passion for inventing and frequently rides the airplane he constructed. Distinct from trainers who battle with random Pokémon, Noland permits his opponents to select which Pokémon they wish to use in combat. In the Pokémon Adventures manga, Noland serves as the first Frontier Brain encountered by Emerald. During their confrontation, he utilizes Mawile, Golem, and Glalie.
