Kia Tarj, also known as Izark, is a wandering swordsman who assists those in need, though he always expects payment for his services. He is actually the reincarnation of the Sky Demon, regarded as the greatest evil. Possessing strength far beyond that of an average person, he can leap great distances and run at high speeds. Additionally, he has the ability to summon and control both fire and wind.
