Summary
Naoto is the brother of Hinata Tachibana. He works as a police officer and aids Takemichi in traveling back in time by shaking his hand. This occurred just once, when Takemichi was first sent to the past, leading them to form a pact for Takemichi to protect Hinata. Naoto serves as Takemichi's primary ally and source of information.
