Referred to as Princess Hibana, she serves as the commanding officer of Special Fire Force Company 5 and was formerly a Third Generation pyrokinetic. Her unique Ignition Ability, Clematis, enables her to generate and control flower-shaped flames from her hands or with the help of her fan. Hibana is a curvaceous young woman with light-brown skin, shoulder-length light pink hair, and striking blue eyes that feature pink, flower-shaped pupils. While her elegance and allure might suggest otherwise, her personality is quite complex. Initially portrayed as manipulative and sadistic, she enjoyed experimenting on captured Infernals and asserting dominance over subordinates, particularly men, projecting the aura of a queen demanding absolute loyalty. However, following a significant confrontation with Shinra Kusakabe, she began to drop her cold exterior, revealing a warmer, more compassionate nature tied to her past trauma. By reconnecting with her childhood ideals, she directs her suffering toward seeking justice against those who destroyed her orphanage. In battle, Hibana is both graceful and powerful, capable of unleashing a dense barrage of cherry blossom-like flames that cause severe lacerations and can destroy multiple Infernal cores. She can also manipulate ambient temperatures to suppress certain flame-based powers and induce heat syncope in her opponents, often incapacitating several enemies simultaneously with relative ease.
