Summary
Leti Lowran serves as an Admiral within the TSAB. She makes brief appearances in A's, appearing as a regular background character alongside Lindy Harlaown in the A's manga adaptation. While she is a recurring figure in the StrikerS manga, her presence in the StrikerS anime series is limited to a cameo. She is also the mother of Griffith Lowran.
