Kihara, Gensei
Summary
Kihara Gensei is a mysterious figure who appears in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun. As a member of the Kihara family, he is driven by an obsession with achieving Level 6 and has launched numerous attempts to realize this goal. Serving as the creator of the Ability Body Crystal, his actions set the stage for the beginning of Toaru Kagaku no Railgun and impact several characters in the later portions of Toaru Majutsu no Index. Due to his pivotal role, he is widely regarded as the primary antagonist of the Railgun side story.
