Assigned by Britannia to serve as an aide and adviser, Alicia Lohmeyer was tasked with observing Nunnally during her tenure as the new Viceroy of Area 11. A quintessential Britannian, she holds a frigid opposition to Nunnally’s pro-Eleven political stance, yet she dutifully obeys her orders regardless. Her name and character design are direct references to Miss Rottenmeier, a character from Nippon Animation's popular anime series Heidi, Girl of the Alps.
