Summary
Savalith Rukkense is a member of the elite group known as the 12 wielders of the Heaven Blades, first appearing in the first episode of the anime. He wields the Heaven's Blade Format: Gauntlets and is characterized by his long, silvery hair. His personality is marked by a distinct lack of regard for his allies, demonstrated when he attacked a filth monster while Layfon was still grappling with it, although this aggressive behavior may have been intended to test Layfon’s capabilities. He has a younger brother named Golneo Rukkense, who serves as the leader of the 5th platoon in Zuellni. According to the Chrome Shelled Regios artbook, his given name is Savalith and his family name is Rukkense. In the novel, it is revealed that he became a Heaven Blade Receiver at the age of 13. He is described by Kanaris as being less manageable than others in his position. Queen Alcheilla assigned him to protect Leerin while allowing her freedom, a duty he finds troublesome. Savalis harbors ulterior motives regarding the Haikizoku, driven by a desire to experience greater power, a secret he did not conceal from the Queen. He eventually stole the Haikizoku power from Nina and, in a fit of rage, attacked Layfon with the intent to kill. However, his Heavenly Blade returned to him and defeated Savaris in a single strike. Although Lintence stated that Savaris had left, he mentioned that he would return soon.
