Summary
Kaibi Gokusai is an Esper of unspecified rank affiliated with the SCHOOL organization, possessing the ability Measure Heart. Typically portrayed as a stunning girl appearing to be around fourteen years old, she often wears an ostentatious dress. She appears intrigued by Kakine Teitoku’s strategy to negotiate with Aleister.
