Misugi, Jun
Summary
Jun Misugi, born on June 23, is widely regarded as one of Japan's finest players. He wears jersey number 14 and plays as a defender, also serving as a part-time coach. Known by the nicknames Field Prince and Ace of Glass, he masters special techniques such as the Drive shoot and Off-side strategy. However, a failing heart condition limits his playing time in most matches. Despite this, his potential is immense; during Japan's match against Argentina, the coach believed Jun would have been the top player, surpassing even Tsubasa, if not for his injury. Jun scored the final goal for Japan in that game and made a full recovery during the World Youth Series. He is strong-willed, dedicated, kind, and clever, possessing the unique ability to read opposing formations and tactics even from the sidelines, as well as control his opponents' movements.
