Summary
Hayato Ichimonji was a freelance photographer who fell victim to the evil organization Shocker, which transformed him into a cyborg as a countermeasure against the first Kamen Rider, Takeshi Hongo. Fortunately, Hongo rescued him before the brainwashing process could complete. Since then, the two Riders have united their efforts to fight against Shocker and support future generations of Riders.
