Synopsis
Tanzaburou Tojima has devoted his entire existence to the aspiration of becoming a Kamen Rider. At age 40, he begins to accept that his childhood dream may never be realized. But his life shifts drastically when he becomes entangled in a series of crimes orchestrated by the "Fake Shocker" organization.
