Summary
Kou, Houju serves as the head of the Department of Treasury and Taxation, managing finances. He is perpetually masked with his hair left loose, wearing various designs that are mostly gifts from Reishin. While he switches masks frequently, he is never seen without one, utilizing a button mechanism on each to open the mouth and nose sections for eating or drinking. Often viewed as mysterious, eccentric, and strange, he maintains a very friendly bond with Reishin, frequently engaging in harmless, good-natured arguments with him.
