Summary
As a member of the Kusaribe Clan, Samon holds the conviction that the Tree of Beginning is destined to bring about the apocalypse. He believes the sole method to prevent this catastrophe is by awakening the Tree of Zetsuen. To ensure that Hakaze does not interfere with his plans, he abandons her on a deserted island.
