Summary
Kurome, whose name translates to Black Eye, is a mid-teens girl standing 160 cm tall with blood type A. She serves as the youngest member of the Jaegers and is the younger sister of Akame. Wielding the offensive Teigu March of the Dead: Yatsufusa, a sword that allows her to enslave up to eight enemies killed by it, she is an exceptionally skilled assassin. However, her power diminishes as she stores more puppets. Like her sister, she has a voracious appetite, though she prefers candy to meat and stubbornly refuses to share her sweets, even with comrades. Kurome harbors complex feelings toward Akame, claiming to love her beloved older sister while simultaneously hating her for betraying the Empire. She is aloof, socially awkward, and displays a dark, ruthless side in combat, often displaying a morbid interest in playing with corpses. As the second strongest Jaeger after General Esdeath, she proved capable of nearly defeating the entire Night Raid with her Teigu. Notably, she is the only individual who could clash swords with Akame and emerge unscathed without any allies or supernatural assistance.
