Seita
Summary
Seita is an eight-year-old boy born on May 10 under the Taurus zodiac sign, standing at 133 cm and weighing 21 kg. He is the biological son of a Yoshiwara courtesan who passed away shortly after his birth, but he is raised as the adopted son of Hinowa. When he was an infant, Hinowa entrusted him to an old man to guide him into the outside world. Otose describes him as clever, honest, and a quick learner who adapts well to new circumstances. This versatility is shown by his ability to survive through pickpocketing while also managing to earn a living through honest labor. Despite possessing a kind and resilient heart, Seita remains deeply devoted to Hinowa. Even after discovering she is not his biological mother, he insists she is his true mother, a conviction strong enough to motivate her to risk her own safety to protect him. Seita makes his first appearance during the Yoshiwara is Burning arc, spanning episodes 139 through 146, and returns for the Red Spider arc, which covers episodes 177 to 181.
