Summary
Momoka Nishizawa is the sole child of Baio Nishizawa, the wealthy head of the Nishizawa zaibatsu, and his wife Oka. She debuted in the anime’s second episode and the manga’s third chapter. Momoka harbors a massive crush on Fuyuki Hinata and is willing to physically assault anyone who obstructs her path to him. Her primary target for violence is often her Keronian partner, Tamama, whom she beats up for standing between her and Fuyuki. Despite this, they share a sibling-like bond and occasionally cooperate. Secretly training to protect Fuyuki, Momoka later acquires high-tech armor and fights alongside the Keroro Platoon. She and Tamama share cutesy, kind exteriors that mask violent alternate personalities. While usually shy and easily frightened, Momoka transforms into a fierce fighter when angered or confronted by enemies. Her two personalities sometimes interact audibly, causing her embarrassment, or collaborate schematically to win Fuyuki’s affection without the other side’s knowledge. In one incident, a freak accident split her into two distinct beings: an intimidating, bossy version and a timid, cute one. The Keroro Platoon helped reunite them through synchronized swimming. Her name incorporates 'momo,' meaning peach, and 'ka,' a variant of 'hana,' meaning flower. In episode 62, she may have founded the kaito group 'MorePeachSummer' with Mois and Natsumi to steal an embarrassing painting from her father’s secure manor.
