Summary
Olminu is a young magician belonging to the Octobrists, tasked with the duty of surveilling Toyohisa’s group of Drifters. Despite her role, she appears remarkably inept at reconnaissance and lives in constant terror of the very Drifters she is supposed to track. Her cover is eventually blown when Toyohisa’s group discovers and kidnaps her, prompting her to recount the history of the Drifters and the Offscourings to her captors.
