Summary
Chisa Kotegawa is an 18-year-old university student at Izu University, though she is depicted as 20 in the anime adaptation. With brown hair, she is the younger sister of Nanaka Kotegawa and the cousin of Iori Kitahara. While she often projects an indifferent exterior, she is deeply caring toward those close to her. To ward off unwanted attention from men, she declared Iori to be her fake boyfriend. Chisa has a strong passion for diving, to the extent that she wants to befriend anyone with similar interests and listens to ocean sounds in her music playlists.
