Yukihira, Jouichirou
Summary
Jouichirou Yukihira, formerly known as Jouichirou Saiba, is the father of Souma Yukihira. A former resident of the Polar Star Dormitory and a 69th Tootsuki Generation student, he once held the position of the second seat on the Elite Ten Council. Although he did not graduate from Tootsuki Culinary Academy for reasons that remain unknown, Jouichirou achieved worldwide fame as a chef before eventually returning to the Sumiredouri Shopping District. There, he established his own establishment, the Restaurant Yukihira.
