Summary
Lafarga serves as the Captain of the Guard, a role that places him in charge of safeguarding the Pillar. Even though Cephiro is largely a peaceful realm, he remains occupied with eliminating the occasional monsters that threaten the land. During Zagato’s coup, the antagonist hypnotized Lafarga into attempting to assassinate the Magic Knights, a desperate move intended to halt their advance before they could confront him directly. The girls successfully break the spell and restore his sanity. His rebellion against Zagato coincides with the moment Hikaru must meet Rayearth, allowing her to summon her Mashin while assisting Lafarga in his battle against the usurper. In the latter half of the narrative, he enters into a romantic relationship with Caldina. His name is derived from the Honda Rafaga, which is a sibling model to the Ascot.
