Summary
Furoufushi Saitou was a female Shinigami with dark-pink hair and violet eyes who served as the inaugural captain of the 6th Division more than a millennium ago. As one of the founding members of the Gotei 13, she possessed immense spiritual energy, a fact proven when she effortlessly overpowered and slew numerous Quincy warriors during the first invasion of Soul Society. Saitou demonstrated remarkable skill in Zanjutsu, utilizing rapid slashes to decapitate multiple soldiers from the Lichtreich. According to Yhwach, she was infamous as a brutal and cold-blooded killer, a reputation earned through her gleeful massacre of the invading Quincy forces. Her Zanpakuto appeared in its sealed form as a katana featuring a curved blade, a pink handle, and a golden tsuba designed in the shape of a six-pointed star. Neither her Shikai nor Bankai has been revealed, and no seiyuu has been assigned to the character.
