Summary
Rosard is an outsider who holds significant leverage over the President of the Death Records, who owes her a debt. When Negishi abruptly quits the band, she steps in to fill his void during a performance. Rosard is a baseball enthusiast, often depicted carrying either a radio or a baseball bat on her shoulder.
