Summary
Matasaka Kamishiro is a formidable SS-rank ghoul and the former head of the ghoul faction in the 6th ward, where he is commonly known by the nickname Orca or Shachi. He possesses significant strength and is highly skilled in martial arts. During his tenure as leader, he focused on training and bolstering the capabilities of his followers. After being captured and imprisoned at the Ghoul Detention Center, he was eventually released during the Aogiri Tree's assault and subsequently chose to join their organization.
