Bandou, Youhei
Summary
Youhei Bandou is a fighter employed by Juoh Communications. Although he originally studied medicine, his life took a dark turn after he raided a Yakuza office and slaughtered everyone inside except for a single survivor. As punishment for this massacre, Bandou was sentenced to death by hanging. He possesses abnormal joint flexibility, a unique physical trait that has allowed him to survive the noose on forty-five separate occasions.
