Ikkanzaka, Jidanbou
Summary
Jidanbou serves as the gatekeeper of the west gate, Hakutoumon, which leads to the court of pure souls. Armed with twin axes, he is a formidable fighter, though he suffers from severe emotional instability, crumbling completely after Ichigo destroys his weapons. He was instructed in the rules of Rukongai by Kaien Shiba and is the elder brother of Jirōbō Ikkanzaka, the former 4th seat of the 7th Division.
