Bucchi, Ruggie
Summary
Ruggie Bucchi is a second-year student in Savanaclaw who serves as Leona’s junior. Having grown up in poverty, he has developed a significant appetite. He frequently carries out Leona’s commands, such as procuring Menchi katsu sandwiches and sabotaging competitors for the upcoming Magical Shift Tournament. Leona has noted that he feels intimidated by the women of Afterglow Savanna, who are physically stronger and more resolute than the men, including himself. Ruggie agrees with this assessment, stating that he experiences the same intimidation. His unique magic is titled "Laugh With Me!", which allows him to control the movements of others by forcing them to mimic his own actions.
