Summary
As the vice head of Scarabia and a second-year student, Jamil Viper has a long history with his house, having served Kalim's family for generations. This deep-rooted obligation means he has been forced to accompany the careless Kalim since their childhood. Despite his demeanor, Jamil is significantly more academically capable than he allows others to believe. He possesses a Unique Magic known as "Snake Whisper," which grants him the ability to hypnotize multiple targets simultaneously. However, this power comes with a severe drawback: overusing it can rapidly trigger a Blot.
