Summary
Teppei Houjou serves as the uncle and foster father to Satoko and Satoshi. Following the death of their parents, he and his wife were compelled to take custody of the children, a situation that resulted in them being abused by the couple. He currently resides in Okinomiya. According to Kasai, Teppei works as a pimp and exploits his lover, Rina, to swindle men out of their money.
